AMB Capital has been a pioneer in the South African transformation landscape, both in terms of our own structure and the way in which we conduct our business. We are committed to achieving and exceeding the Department of Trade and Industry’s empowerment codes and the Financial Sector Charter targets on transformation.

AMB Capital employs a team of 40 people. The current group equity ratio is 58% (white) v 42% (black). The black versus white professional ratio is 28%. It currently employs 21 females. It is AMB Capital’s intention to ensure that by the year 2008 its professional team will be 40% black.
